The Plenary Room is commonly reserved with the adjoining East Atrium, which can be used for registration and catering.
- If an event in the Plenary Room has catering, the East Atrium is to also be booked for catering tables setup. If catering is brought into the Plenary Room, there is a flat cleaning fee of $100 ($25 if only beverages and no food items).
